I know I haven't been the easiest customer to please and all the changes I requested must've given you both head aches at times. My whanau and I love the mahi that you have put into our headstone and appreciate all you have done from the bottom of our hearts. The stone is exquisite!! I just wanted to let you know I am SO STOKED with how my Nana's plaque turned out, it's so much better than I expected. It looks absolutely beautiful. It really does honour Nana's memory just as I had planned.
